I wrote this prior to the Vocallouts drama, in which i was accused of being due to similar impressions. But I actually gained more support than i lost.

It's quiet now
Thank the heavens that it's quiet now
It gave me some time and room to breathe
It made me feel relaxed and free

I apprehend
It is not actually the end
I have met someone I call a friend
and I found a place to call my den

and even with all my mistakes
I am still certain I'm here to stay
Even if I'm unwanted
Like it's not worth it
I'll still be here standing

No matter for better or worse
I'll push my way through this innate curse
I will draw my own line
and learn from this time
and one day be whole again

They all sing,
"there is more to life than surviving"
that it's more than just the phrase "hold on"
that there's more to life than staying strong

But I'd say
Even as painful as it might seems
Everyone has something to redeem
Of a better life we all can dream

and I would like to tell my folks,
"I never felt so grateful before"
Instead of bashing me
You came to my need
Oh, such friends indeed

I don't have to feel insecure
That I am better than that for sure
If it means I can meet
With people like me
Then I swear I'll change my ways

and if one of my friends do flee
Their deeds are still in my memory
I wish them all farewell
That they'd forgive my faults
and may our path cross again
